Age Restriction
You must be 25 years old, or older to reserve a room at Emerald Beach Resort.
There are exceptions for married couples under the age of 25.

Check-in: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out: 10:00 a.m.
Cleaning Service Fee
At the end of your stay, there will be an one-time cleaning fee assessed of $70.
Guarantee And Cancellation Policy
Your credit card will be charged an advanced deposit equal to the first nights
room and tax. If you cancel anytime you would lose $25. If you call within 7
days of arrival, you will lose the deposit. There is a $200 security deposit due
at check-in. This is refundable.
Hurricane Policy
Emerald Beach Resort will refund guests their funds if a mandatory evacuation of
the Panama City Beach area is ordered.
Pet Policy
There are no pets allowed on property, except for seeing eye dogs.
